Connecting Chinhoyi students with quality, affordable off-campus accommodation.
REZOFF was created to solve the housing struggle faced by Chinhoyi University of Technology (CUT) students every semester. We provide a centralized platform where verified landlords can list their boarding houses and residences, and students can easily find, compare and inquire about rooms — all from their phone.
Every listing clearly shows whether it's a boarding house or a general residence. For boarding houses, we also show whether the property is for girls only, boys only or mixed — so students know exactly what they're looking at before they inquire.
We cover all major areas around CUT and across town — Cold Stream, Brundish, Orange Grove, Town Centre, Alaska, Mapako, Rusununguko, Hunyani, Chinhoyi CBD, Katanda, Mupata, Ruvimbo and Gadzema — plus any other area a landlord adds. Every listing includes the area, pricing, room types and amenities.
Browse available properties by area, price, property type and room type. View photos, amenities and full descriptions. Contact the landlord instantly via WhatsApp or send an inquiry, then arrange a viewing and secure your room.
If you own a boarding house or residence in Chinhoyi and want to reach more students, REZOFF gives you a professional listing page with photo uploads, amenity tags and direct WhatsApp leads. Contact us to get your property listed.
